This compact Tokoname kyusu is made from warm, light-colored clay and decorated with rhythmic chattering marks around its softly rounded body. The carved texture gives the teapot a distinctive handmade character while maintaining a quiet, natural appearance.
Created with everyday comfort in mind, the teapot features an easy-to-grip handle and a carefully fitted lid. Through the traditional process of lid fitting, the lid is individually refined to sit closely and smoothly against the body of the teapot.
