Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In some circumstances, there might be delay in shipping due to high-volume of order, natural disaster or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will let you know as soon as we notice there is potential delay.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free flat rate shipping to all U.S. States except Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Box through ikebanavase.com checkout as we are using the UPS ground as only shipping method at this time. I you are interested in reviving items to your P.O. Box, please let us know by email (thomas@arakawapottery.com). We give you an USPS and FedEx estimate shipping cost.

International Shipping Policy
At this time, we do not ship international.

Local delivery
We offer free local delivery withing 100 miles from San Jose, CA. However, we make delivery monthly. Once a order was placed with local delivery option, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery or shipping to meet your needs. If we cannot deliver within reasonable time, we will ship them free with UPS ground.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at out studio: 5588 Sweigert Rd, San Jose, CA 95132. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm on the day we are working at the studio. Please coordinate your visit with us when receive your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thomas@arakawapottery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thomas@arakawapottery with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
