Arakawa Marketing Reports — Privacy Policy

Arakawa Marketing Reports is an internal business reporting application operated by Cre8tive Designs LLC, doing business as Arakawa Pottery.

This privacy policy describes how the application accesses, processes, stores, and shares data obtained through Google APIs.

Information We Access

With authorization from our Google account, the application accesses:

• Google Analytics 4: Website sessions, visitor engagement, events, and other analytics reporting metrics.

• Google Search Console: Search queries, clicks, impressions, landing-page performance, and related search metrics.

The application currently uses read-only Google Analytics and Search Console permissions.

How We Use Information

We use this information for internal business purposes, including:

• Understanding website traffic and customer interests.

• Evaluating organic search performance.

• Improving website content and product discovery.

• Analyzing marketing effectiveness and informing business decisions.

Data Storage and Sharing

The application processes reporting data using Google Apps Script and stores selected reports in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Authorized Arakawa Pottery personnel may review these reports using Google Workspace and connected analysis services, including ChatGPT provided by OpenAI.

Such services process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and the permissions granted by Arakawa Pottery.

We do not sell Google API reporting data to data brokers or information resellers.

Security and Access

Access to reporting spreadsheets and connected Google services is controlled through Google account authorization and file-sharing permissions.

The application is intended for authorized internal users and does not provide public customer accounts.

Google OAuth authorization is used to access the reporting APIs. OAuth access tokens are not intentionally written into our reporting spreadsheets.

Data Retention and Deletion

Reporting data is retained for internal business analysis until it is no longer needed or is deleted by an authorized administrator.

Authorized users may revoke the application's Google account access through their Google Account security settings.
