Taski Premium 7" Kiritsuke Knife
Taski Premium 7" Kiritsuke Knife
The Kiritsuke knife combines elements of a traditional chef’s knife and a Nakiri, making it a versatile all-purpose kitchen knife. Compared to a typical chef’s knife, the blade has less curve, allowing for multiple cutting techniques such as push cutting, pull cutting, rocking, and chopping.
The pointed tip is especially useful for detailed work, such as making fine cuts in onions, herbs, or delicate ingredients.

Mindful Cutting
To preserve the blade’s sharp edge, avoid cutting very hard materials such as bones. Always use a cutting board, and do not use the knife on hard surfaces like metal or stone, as these can cause blade chipping and reduce sharpness.
Maintenance
- Gentle hand-wash only: Avoid dishwashers to help preserve the knife’s beauty and longevity.
- Dry promptly: After washing, wipe away moisture right away to keep the knife in excellent condition.
