About Ogishi Tadashi Shoten
Ogishi Tadashi Shoten is a chopstick shop that has been run by three generations since 1969 in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, which accounts for about 80% of Japan’s lacquered chopstick production.
We offer a wide variety of chopsticks, including traditional Wakasa-nuri chopsticks with a 400-year history, dishwasher-safe chopsticks perfect for daily use, and gift sets for special occasions.
There are as many chopsticks as there are people, and as many dining scenes. Truly, "different strokes for different chopsticks."
